Agree? Disagree? Tell Bonanza why you feel your way, because I hate mustard.

I love mustard.
I like variety in the things that I eat. Grass, ketchup, wasabi, pickle brine, vinegar + salt, tuna oil, etc, etc. The one thing that I don't like much is mayonase and butter (straight). I saw a commercial for MS Visual Studio and this guy absent-mindedly goes into the fridge, pulls out a tub of butter and starts eating out of it. Disgusting! But I seriously like mustard, and spicy mustards. Jeesh, I want a hot dog real bad right now. I don't see how you could dislike mustard. Do you dislike ketchup too? Are you one of those people who orders a pizza and pulls everything off but the bread and sauce? Eeeewwww.... |

I like mustard. I didn't as much when I was younger, but I've realized it compliments a lot of things. Like, Philly Cheese Steaks subs. Yum! Not as big
on the butter or the mayo.

Oh my god, mustard is delicious. You don't know what you're missing.
Mustard is a condiment that can very easily be over applied. Correct mustard implementation is an art that requires years of rigorous training, careful experimentation, and painful failures. But the reward is priceless. Just a dot of the stuff can turn the most dull cheeseburger into dazzling display of euphoric taste dancing across your tongue. I'd like to say that straight-up-yellow-ass mustard is always the best answer in a situation requiring a mustard varient, but in doing so, I'd only be denying the magic that is honey mustard. While I contend that honey mustard is truly the king of mustards (making hot mustard a mere duke), I must point out that its applications aren't nearly as numerous in quality. In the occasion that a fitting medium can be found, honey mustard can oft times be applied much more liberally. In my opinion, when it comes to condiments, ketchup might show you a good time, but mustard always keeps you coming back begging for more. |

I like it, but only if it's not overpowering the other flavors. It's a good compliment to a good food.

Lady Morag! How have you been? *glomp* I haven't seen you in awhile!
I love mustard. I sometimes eat hot dogs with nothing but mustard, no ketchup. When I order hamburgers, it's always hold the ketchup and extra mustard. Dijon is my favorite sandwich toper. |

I love mustard, but I can definitely see why [a lot] of people hate it. It's strong, tangy, and can be fucking messy. I love mustard on hot dogs, in
fact--the perfect hot dog for me has a lot of mustard and a fair amount of relish--I can last without the ketchup. Mustard on burgers is a little different--it
depends heavily on the burger, but I usually get it--it compliments mayonnaise pretty well, in my opinion.
Honey mustard, like HW said, is the king. I eat it with fries, I like it on certain sandwiches--it's just fucking spectacular. In fact, mustard is pretty fucking diverse, non? I mean, you can have spicy mustard, honey mustard, extremely spicy mustard, deli mustard, brown mustard, etc. Where the fuck is brown ketchup? Aside from in my pants. :> ![]() |

Mav, have you ever tried a true Chicago Hot Dog?
I prefer the tangier mustards with unground seeds in them over honey mustard. On of my favorite foods is a portobello mushroom burger on sourdough with swiss cheese and true dijon mustard that has tang like no other. |

For me it depends on the food, I hardly ever use it for anything except bratwurst(spelling?) and hotdogs which I hardly eat anyways

You know what Maha, I haven't had a true Chicago hot dog--much to my dismay.
Anyhow, mustard should be around to compliment the other condiments or tastes around it. Aside from honey mustard, I don't use it alone. I dip fries in honey mustard, and that's as far as I'll take it. I'll put mustard on burgers, if there's already some other condiments there to blend with. But I ain't about to drench an entire entrée in mustard now. ![]() |

I love mustard. In my burgers, hotdogs, sandwiches, etc. I usually put a lot in. I also love the other condiments, but mustard is my fav. Just to let you know
how much I like it, I can take a spoon full and eat it without hesitation. XD I don't eat mustard like though, just to see if I could stand it and yeah,
love the stuff.

I have always thought mustard is disgusting. In grade 8 it was number 2 on my list of the greatest evils. (after light). I hated it when i worked at mcdonalds,
and would nearly barf cleaning out the mustard container. Recently though since working at Arby's i've grown a taste for honey mustard, and twice since
then i've been able to stomach mustard when people put it in sandwiches they made for me. (didn't want to be rude)
